Monferrato D.O.C. Chardonnay for an area of about 0.9 hectares,
Nebbiolo D.O.C. for an area of about 0.3 hectares.
In the spring of 2016, vineyards of:
Dolcetto, Moscato and Barbera for a total area of about 0.7 hectares (the replanted areas are already included in the total areas mentioned above).
In spring 2017 the Nebbiolo vineyard was added.
In autumn 2017 the Barbera d’Asti D.O.C.G. NIZZA vineyard was replanted and the land was cleared for the next replanting in spring 2018.
With these areas of vineyards, the potential production capacity is greater than 110,000 bottles and the above is regularly registered in the land register of the property and reported in the Anagrafe Agricola Unica del Piemonte.
The main body of the Cascina is divided into the owner’s house, two apartments for tourist accommodation, wine cellars, barriques, tasting room and related technical rooms and warehouses at the service of the Company.
The property is completed by a Triple garage and a further old farmhouse to be restored
